unable to install sql server on 2003 server

dear sir

i am using 2003 server with sp2 ,when i am going to install sql server 2005 below error is coming.iam sending screen shot and also sending log file that extention is sqlerrorlog.txt its a rar file plese download it and change the extention and check it.

If you are trying to install it from a network share, dont do that. Have a local copy and use that as source.

If not, the problem is in your installation source.
