I dont think the form is working or maybe i am doing something incorrectly
follow the similar question for the way to get to catch all
I can select radio button for 'forward' but can not enter text in textbox for the address to forward to

What browser are you using? Have you tried Chrome or Firefox?

ie, chrome, firefox, on windows xp, windows server 2008
Have you switched your mX record on your domain to point to your google apps account? It is possible the catchall won't work until that is completed.

yes. I can send an receive email from
name1@domain.com
but want to add name2@domain.com which requires a catchall (i only want one google account)
