Check login before someone uses a web form

I have a web form that I only want users that are registered to use. I don't want anyone who is not a user to just put in the url and use the form. Is there a way to put a check login on the html form so that way it checks if the user is logged in and if not that it redirects you to the login page. Thanks

PHP is a widely-used server-side scripting language especially suited for web development, powering tens of millions of sites from Facebook to personal WordPress blogs. PHP is often paired with the MySQL relational database, but includes support for most other mainstream databases. By utilizing different Server APIs, PHP can work on many different web servers as a server-side scripting language.
