on
google apps email ldomain name email using an android phone

my main username is
username@domain.com
but I use
username2@domainname.com more often

this is okay in a desktop browser where I have a catchall and can receive and send email as username2@domain.com

but on android phone i can receive email from all names but can only send email as username@domain.com

since I use username2@domain.com, I would like to respond to all emails as username2@domain.com if I can only use one username
what do you think I should do to fix

two approaches.

1. set up username2@domain.com as the primary email on your Android phone as you use this one often. then configure the username@domain.com account to forward all incoming emails to username2@domain.com.

2. as both emails are hosted by Google, the same system as Gmail, you may configure your username@domain.con account to "Send mail as" username2@domain.com. check the "Send mail as" option in email settings.

actually, the best practice is to combine the two.

hope it helps,
