How to Reset Outlook Express Registry Key "Compact Check Count" to Zero

I want to automatically reset Outlook Express "Compact Check Count" registry value to 0.
What is the easiest way to do this? I'm thinking a VBScript in the startup directory, but not sure how to write the code.
The Key in Question:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{E08CEFDE-3E7C-431E-A800-5F79B736B8E0}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Compact Check Count = 0
