The most common cause fir seeing /sites/ in various RWA links is because the Internet address wizard was skipped after initial install. Start with the IAW followed by the FMNW and you should be fixed up.<br />

I have already run the all the options under 'Connect to the Internet' What dodes running that again after the certificate is installed going to do? I don't want to screw anything up since all is working. I can run the FMNW though. Please advise.

The &quot;Connect to Internet Wizard&quot; (CTIW) and the &quot;Internet Address Wizard&quot; (IAW) are different wizards that accomplish different things. running the IAW will recreate the self-signed certificate, but you can easily re-run the certificate wizard (or perform the steps manually, NOT RECOMMENDED) to reinstall your 3rd-party cert. EVen a worst case scenario, you can use the wizard to generate a new CSR and submit that CSR to godaddy to rekey (free) to get things back and squared away. The short answer is though, you cannot skip the wizards and it sounds like you skipped one (the IAW) thinking it was the same as the CTIW. They accomplish different tasks and both are necessary to get eveerything working as expected.<br />

OK, I will try that. I noticed that if I replace <a href="https://sites" rel="ugc">https://sites</a>&nbsp;with https://mail.mydomain.com&nbsp;it works. The only difference is that it is more generic for configurations vs. the more specific intstructions on how to setup Outlook over the web. I guess MS figures everyone is using Outlook 2010 and auto configuration?

No. Ms assumes that ALL of the setup wizards will be run, in order. Unfortunately this is increasingly not the case. Experienced IT pros familiar with enterprise products prefer to do some manual configuration and, being unfamiliar with SBS, are not aware of the config locations for SBS specific components (RWA, SBS console) that the wizards touch and that enterprise setups would fail to configure. Causes issues like this regularly.<br />

I installed a SBS 2011 server and have the Go Daddy certificate working for OWA and Remote Web Workplace. I need to view the instructions for configuring Outlook over the web but instead of the web page displaying as it has in other versions of SBS and providing the instructions I receive - <a href="https://sites/webhelp/webhelp.html#EKF" rel="ugc">https://sites/webhelp/webhelp.html#EKF</a>. I would have expected the internal server name instead of <a href="http://sites/" rel="ugc">http://sites/</a>... I would think this is a IIS issue but not sure. Any ideas as to why this is not working. I need to get Outlook over the web working and need these instructions to ensure I have Outlook configured properly.
