If i understand you correctly you supplied the support initially and now they have gone elsewhere but you have an obligation to supply this company and the third party the info they need to continue to support? If so<br />

2. Desktop image creation steps<br />
3. Network configuration<br />
&nbsp;You should have documented these on install, also it may be worth speaking to the site IT guys find out specifically what they want /require or you may waste time doing unneccassry docs.

Yes that is correct, they will primarily be handling the DESKTOP SUPPORT only for them, they will not be required to do anything at or on a server level, we will still be doing this, <br />
I think you are correct with getting them to specify what information they actually require...

Network settings like dhcp ranges and pertinent server ips, mail server addresses and ports, ldap settings, etc...<br />
Just ask yOurself what you need to know when setting up a new desktop. <br />
Backup software, admin user, application packages, licences, shared drives...
