NAT 0 on ASA 8.3

Hi experts,

I am trying to translate a NAT exempt statement from 8.2 to 8.3 code on ASA.

On 8.2 it is:
access-list no_nat_inside extended permit ip any 200.18.0.0 255.255.0.0
nat (Inside) 0 access-list no_nat_inside

What is the correct syntax to do it on the 8.3?
200.18.0.0/16 is a DMZ network. I want ANY from the INSIDE interface to be exempt from NATing when it trys to talk to this DMZ network.
