I need a good and in depth monitoring software in our company,
The need as come due to suspected theft of one of our workers.
So i need to monitor the file use and transfer of the workers,
Any suggestions will be gladly received (on pay software also).

i need to monitor transfers of files between pc to pc or pc to storage,
the need is to monitor any chance of data theft.
Do you have anything that can go as deep as monitor which files have been moved to where and by which protocol?
