VB.net 4.0 AJAX Controls Failing

I have created an application in Vs2010 asp.net VB. After I installed the newest version of Ajax 4.1.5 and registerd it within VS, I added a script manager to the page No Problem. I then add a Calendar extender but received the following error.

I am running .net 4.0

IIS7 also.

Hmmm...to many possibilities, so let's get some more information here...

1) Web Site or Web Application (project file or not)?

2) Have you added any other extenders, or controls to the web site before?

3) Are you saying the web site on the development machine is IIS 7 on Windows 7?
