1000mb Full VMware

Hello
I want to change my VMware adapters speed from 100mb to 1000mb Full.

How can i do that?
Do i need to shutdown all vms?

In the last question, Select the Network Adaptors Tab in the vSwitch and highlight the NIC and Click Edit, select the Network Speed for the NIC.

There will be a moments outage as the Server re-connects to the switch at 1000MBps.

If you are running production machines in service, there may be a slight outage of a few seconds.

But no, you do not need to shutdown the VMs.
