Text link and image in Footer DIV

I've got a footer (snippet shown below)...

I want to place text in the top left of the footer and a logo image at the right of the footer.

The text will be a href link. I don't want it underlined and I want it's font to be 'small' and coloured #999999.

Please indicate styles ie, .footerlink and .footerlogo and show DIVs.

first insert the image and type the text.
then it will place as you want..

Okay, I've tried so hard to put a site together using DIVs I've abandoned them in favour of tables for now.

I will award point regardless and accordingly.
