The clue is in the question, Known Vulnerabilities. If they are known then hackers, crakers etc will be able to find out how to exploit them from the web, but as they are known issues there are probably Updates/patches  that address the issues so if you keep your servers patches up to date you should be better equiped to defend against the exploits.
