Exchange 2007 SP3 upgrade error?

I am upgrading my Windows 2003 Exchange 2007 sp2 SCR mailbox server to Exchange 2007 sp3 and have this error;

 "The 'MNSFileShare' path exists but 1 node(s) exist in the cluster. The majority node set with file share witness only works with two node clusters. My SCR is working fine and have a private and public LAN connection on each server. Any idea how to find out the cause of this error message?

Re you applying the SP to the active (Source) or Passive (Target) node?
MS says to apply to the Passive (Target) node first

It is a CCR single node confiugration for SCR, it seems to not pass the SP3 requirments?
