Hi There, ON our blog here http://latinocellar.com/blog if you try to leave a comment on one of the articles you will see the titles are missing...like "name", "comment" etc

You can see in my attached image what I mean.

How can I get them back?

As far as I can tell, there just aren't any text labels in the theme files.  Open comments.php or commentspopup.php and just add them in.

I have found code like in my browser:

<div id="comments">

	<p class="nocomments">Still quiet here.sas</p>

<div id="respond">
	<h3 id="reply-title">Leave a Response</h3>
	<div class="cancel-comment-reply">
		<small><a style="display:none;" href="/latinocellarblog/?p=414#respond" id="cancel-comment-reply-link" rel="nofollow">Click here to cancel reply.</a></small>
	</div>
	<div class="respond-form clearfix">
					<form id="comment-form" method="post" action="https://www.latinocellar.com/latinocellarblog/wp-comments-post.php">
						<p><input type="text" tabindex="1" size="22" value="" id="author" name="author" onblur="this.style.backgroundColor='#fff'" onfocus="this.style.backgroundColor='#f5f5f5'" class="author" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"></p>
