Hi

If my cellphone is deactivated and a new phone is activated, and there are pictures stored on the internal memory of the deactivated phone, would I still be able to retrieve those pictures from the old phone? Like if I insert an SD card to move the pictures?

Yes, you should be able to do that. In fact, most cell phone stores (AT&T or Verizon) will do this for you, free of charge. Just bring in the old phone and the new one, and they'll transfer them for you.

Thanks Steve. I just want to know that the pictures are safe before I deactivate the phone. The pictures are stored on the phone's internal memory right?
Yes, pics are stored either in the phone's memory or on the extra memory card.
