How to get hourly count in Oracle sql or pl/slq

Have a table T1(ID number(10) primary key, Created date) with the a lot of data
Want to get hourly record counts For example.
5/13/2011
hour count
0 to 1, 5 records
1 to 2 , 10 records
....
8 to 9 , 1000 records
9 to 10, 5000 reocrds
....
23 to 24, 12 records
5/14/2011
....
