why don't you use a 3rdparty ssl certificate. You would save lot of time looking into this kind of issues.

It makes life easy for administering and MS recomendation is to use 3rdparty SSL certificates for exchange.<br />
You have to convince your MGMT to spend money to buy this certificates.otherwise every nw device that you buy you have to manually install the certificate.<br />

What about OWA and outlook anywhere don't you guys use it.<br />
