Folder Redirection

Dears
I applied folder redirections for the users the setting is : New policy ...... user configuration.......windows setting .....folder redirections......document properties..... target...basic...create folder for each user under root path. every thing ok now my quostion how i can deny users from access other users folder.

ASKER

Now i greated one user and when i login by this user not redirecting the doc when i check the event log : folder redirection failed access denied ... can you tell me what permissions should be for NTFS and sharing permissions please.

you need to remove some permissions on your root folder may be you added all the users group, try adding only one user for his profile folder.

Help Please when im adding new laptop to domain and login with new user account it,s not creating the redirection folder and after checking the logs give the following error :

Failed to apply policy and redirect folder "Desktop" to "\\10.1.2.3\USERs DOC\******\Desktop".
 Redirection options=0x9001.
 The following error occurred: "Can not create folder "\\10.1.2.3\USERs DOC\*******\Desktop"".
 Error details: "Access is denied.
".

Solved by give create folder permission to authenticated users.
