we hired support company to install the cisco voip system with call manager version 8.
my Q is what kind of materials books videos websites cisco exams ...etc i need to study to fullfill my administration jobs
like transfering extensions, troubleshoot the problems ...etc
i have good knoweldge of cisco technologies and commands
