Temprature Monitoring software, Appliance

I have a requirement , I have data centre which has more than thirty server machines.
I need a temprature sensor which can send me an SMS when temprature of server room is above 30 C .
Needed a solution for this one , ideally i dont want to put an apps on my server reason being , server can be shutdown , my up link can be down , and so and so reason , so ideally a temprature sensor with sms gateway to send sms on multiple mobile numbers .

but its main URL is in some other language as i cant find english in it . i liked the device as it has built in GSM module whats what is the requirement .
and APC is really complicated , you have to connect sensores then terminate these cables into network and then take the readings via IP addresses and also for SMS or Alerts , you will again use applications and SNTP protocol with your uplink up and running . so many dependencies . on the other way i just have to power up SMS Alarm harware and thats it .

APC is a common product. You can buy devices from them or if you use APC UPS they have a card you can plug into the UPS
