Installing Lotus Domino Administrator

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to install Domino Administrator on a Windows XP - Service Pack 3 PC, the lotus notes client 6.5.4 is installed and is working fine, I need to install the Domino Administrator so that I can do some basic administration (IE: create new Notes users etc etc)
When I try running the notes.exe installer I get the following error:
 User generated image
I'm not able to remove Lotus Notes via add/remove programs as well, I get the same error.

Are you able to please help me resolve this issue

The Admin client can only be installed as part of a single user install. You could remove Notes manually, and remove some registry keys as well, so you can execute a single-user install, but there might be an easier way if you only want to do basic admin as you say: use a browser to connect to the webadmin.nsf database on your server.

thanks, but as mentioned I get the same error when trying to un-install note via add/remove programs.
With manually I meant to say that you remove the Notes Program folder yourself from the Explorer or so, and then you remove some keys from the registry...

Did you try the webadmin way, using a browser?
Then you will need to install on another machine, or do a manual uninstall, or use a VM.

I hope this helps !
thanks, so you saying remove the notes folder, which registry keys?
