Removal error of Cisco VPN Client

Hi,

I have a windows xp computer which I am trying to remove the Cisco VPN client from, as I want to install a newer version.

For some reason I cannot uninstall it any which way I try.

Each time windows starts it trys to uninstall however, it comes up with an error Deterministic Network Enchancer - remove plugin failed.
And I can do anything about it.

I have tried downloading the fix from the citrix site, however that doesn't work. I have also tried the manual removal as per the cisco site and that doesn't work.

I am very frustrated, surely it shouldn't be this hard to uninstall a peice of software!

Thanks

Mark

I found that I could remove it using the windows cleanup tool.
