Stream Excel 2007 with add-ins

We have Citrix servers Xenapp 4.5 on 2003 server, publishing the server Desktop to users.  I am trying to stream Excel 2007 with some add-ins to those servers

Couple of questions:
1- On the machine that has Citrix Streaming Profile does it has to have Xenapp installed? Or the Profiler only will be fine?
2- The server s that I will be streaming Excel to, has Excel 2007 already installed, I am planning to stream that second Excel with add-ins in Isolated environment, so the users can run the installed Excel and the streamed together… should I installed Excel 2007 on the machine that has Citrix profile?
3- What in the best way to stream Excel with Add-ins (that add-ins requires installation) to xenapp servers?

I already went though http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX115999

Thanks!
