How do I convert one data type to another in Excel 2003 in particular, or 2007 or 2010?
I want to do more than format the data in a different way, I want to convert the data type in a column somehow from the full date to something that gives me just the month, like say the text "Jun", or just a single number 6 to indicate the 6th month of the year.
