Yes, it will stop if Apache is running on port 80. However, you can try to disable Apache temporary and install IIS. Once IIS installed, remove TCP 80 binding from IIS or change it to another ports and see what happen.<br />

You can give a check by stopping Apache service and see what happen. As I do have few server, running Apache tomcat and IIS side by side without any hurdle.<br />
