help with Event ID 0  Source .net framework

Can anyone help me deciepher this Event code? It is on an SBS 2003 server. I think it has something to do with WSUS 3.0, but not sure.
The following was in te description

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( .NET Runtime ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: .NET Runtime version 1.1.4322.2443- AutoApprove.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services: Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x2a48 (10824), Thread id=0x3a14 (14868).

IIS is a little beyond me, I have not learned enough about it to try to reinstall and reconfigure all of the related services. So at this time, the answer was not much help, But at some point I will try to use the suggestion.

Does IIS contribute to the operation of this function?
