This particular error comes up with &quot;No Error Detail Available&quot;, which is of course... no use at all.<br />

The document does have a lot of chart data in it. I guess it's compatibility with excel charts?

When opening a word document from Office 2010 in Office 2007, I get the following error. I have copied and pasted the document into a new 2010 document also to ensure there is no corruption.<br />

The document opens OK in Word 2010. I had to save it as a &quot;web page, full&quot; file in the end.<br />

When opening a word document from Office 2010 in Office 2007, I get the following error. I have copied and pasted the document into a new 2010 document also to ensure there is no corruption.

The document opens OK in Word 2010. I had to save it as a "web page, full" file in the end.

How can I prevent this error in the future?
