I am looking for an email archiving solution to move away from pst file. I have tested gfi archiver but does not work well under terminal server enviroment. I looked at Baracuda but does not have an good integration with Outlook. The Partners does not want to have to search for archive mail within web browser, they need it integrated into Outlook. Can someone recommend me some solutions out there?

thanks

Exchange 2010? You'll need to upgrade at some point anyway and Exchange 2010 offers personal archiving on the server.

I just know of Symantec Vault apart from GFI and Barracuda. Is that something up your alley?

Have you thought about Mimecast?
Not only does it integrate fantastically with Outlook for user searches, but as it is cloud based, you will not have to hold large stores locally so that when you do elect to migrate to Exchange 2010 or even to Office 365, you will have a far smaller data set to transfer.
