Calling 32 or 64 bit cmd in powershell

Hi, various scripts we have writet to the registy (just markers,)  but 64 and 32 bit registry is diffrent, if i run the same script on a 32 bit and a 64 bit server themarkers get written to diffrent locations.

I can force a script by  choosing which cmd.exe to use either syswow or system32

but wondered if there is anything within powershell that can let you choose 32 or 64 bit calls to CMD or registry so the script can be self contained and not relying on how its run

hope that makes sense
