- you can set new rules (home tab > rules > manage rules and alert). start a new rules for 'message I send' or 'messages after sending'. then in the next part of the rule which message are affected by the rule, don't select anything so that it apply to all message you sendout. in the third dialogbox on what to do with outgoing message, select 'defer delivery by number of minutes'. check the option then click on 'a number of' to choose how many minutes to delay send. last page is the exception such as any message mark with 'high importance' to be senr immediately. finish the rule and test.
