how to set outbox to delay ?? mins

i have outlook 2010, i am told i can set a delay in my outbox to x minutes. just in case i need to get it back for some reason.

Goto>Email Setting>Change Email Setting>More Settings>General Tab>Below you will see>Seconds Until Server Connection TimeOut change it
