blocking remote relay - plesk 9/centos

Hi, during the past 3 days Im getting lots of mail in plesks's remote qmail queue. all of the messages are being sent to some yahoo.com.tw address. I am wondering if I can block these somehow. we block IP's with lots of connections through the firewall, but it's taking too much time to do this.

I saw a "mail submission" feature in plesk http://kb.parallels.com/3477

is this recommended? any other thoughts for blocking remote qmail users?
