Cisco ASA Traffic Shaping

I have a Cisco ASA 5505 handling our connection to our ISP.  Our ISP has stated that we need to shape our outbound traffic to our maximum connection speed which is 20mb.  I've never done this before can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm not necessarily trying to apply QoS, just limit our max outbound traffic to the 20mb.

Thanks in Advance.
