What is the best way to edit the out-of-the-box CRM reports from CRM Reports Services?
We are interested in editing the Account Summary report that is provided OOB with our CRM 4.0 implementation. We tried to use Visual Studio, but it rendered some illegible code & some XML. We were told about an add-in from Miscrosoft to use -- Business Intelligence Development Studio -- but can't find it on the SQL server express toolkit downloads that were described in another blog.
