NT BAckup VSS Writer Problem
I am having a problem backing up a Windows 2003 SBS server - the backup has at the initial preparing to backup using shadow copy - please see results below from vssadmin list writers

I am surprised at the last comment - I am running sbs 2003 - the first 2 seem to be for 2008 - also very nervous about your first recomendation as I have not had a good backup for a wek or so.

If on your SBS, you have already installed SP2, then you can just re-register the VSS dlls. It will not harm your computer. You can create a batch file with those commands and run it.
