What is a Non-yielding IOCP Listener?

This I/O Completion Listener was referenced in a SQL Server dump log.  Does anyone have any insight into what could causes such a situation.

It did occur during maintenance, which appears to be consistent with what some other individuals hae experienced.

Thanks In Advance,

Check this link for more details but be very cautios with the fix! We got burned by applpying it on out SQL 2005 SP3 cluster where it fixed one issue but introduced others in our environment.
