I get the following error when trying to open a pivot table.. Trying to find where I can download this for Windows 7 64bit version.  Office 2007

Check with your Database Administrators/IT Team, as you will most likely need to be licensed to download/install them.....
The ODBC drivers are part of the client installation on the client machine and should be installed using the ORACLE configurator.

Does it resolve?

After installation of the client, you either need to create a TNS name entry (in «OracleHome»\network\admin\tnsnames.ora), or use an EasyConnect string in your ODBC data source/connection string. I assume the Pivot is accessing a ready-to-use DSN connection string, using a TNS name.
tnsping, as shown above, will show if you can access that name used.
