Outlook 2010 Crashes when New Mail Selected
Hi
I have an installation of Outlook 2010 on a Windows 7 machine. Everything has been working fine until today. Now when the user clicks on New Mail the program crashes. He can read mail but cannot create new or reply to exsting. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried running a repair from add/remove programs or creating a new mail profile?

there is no option to repair, just change or unistall. When I try to create a new profile I get a MAPI Error
"internal mapi error the profile does not contain the requested service". If I create a new windows user and log in under that then everything works ok.

Click Change in order to access Repair options.
