asked on 

exchange 2007 public calenders

it was so  much easier to create public calenders in exchange 2003 and outlook 2003. how does one create public calenders in exchange 2007? i was able to create folders, but could not create shared calender under the new folder. it fails to create and failed on permission. i am the admin.
i tried installing PFDAVAdmin.exe on the exchange and it failed.
