Help Desk software

We are looking for a good help desk solution (for ticket tracking of IT needs) if it can also do project tracking that would be a pluss. can you recomend a solution?

Also go ahead and check out connectwise and autotask these two seem to be the industry leaders for PSA software lately and are simple to learn how to do everything within them.
