Exporting code signing cert from internal CA

I have a Windows 2003 Standard server that is my CA. Now need to be able to create a Code Signing cert and be able to export the private key. This option is always grayed out. Any Idea on how to be able to export the cert with the key?
I found post on the web that made it sound like you had to have Windows 2003 Enterprise.

Any help will be appreciated!

Take a look at http://itsdrivingmenuts.blogspot.com/2010/01/infopath-code-signing-cert-and-windows.html

It appears someone has a workaround for your issue - but yes it would normally require an Enterprise version CA, and a new template to do this the right way.

Thanks a bunch!!!  This saved me several hours rebuilding my CA or $$$$ for a new cert from Thawte.
