Outlook sending 2 emails instead of 1?

I have a user with outlook 2003 installed. He sends 1 email but it send it twice to users. This have only sometimes . . . Any suggestions?

ask hi to recreate the profile on the machine .

i,e delete the old profile and create a new profile
