Trying to change link color but css seems to prevent

Trying to get left hand side links (Textbooks, Student Info) to be black, not #EE0000
Firebug seems to think this is the culprit:

cws2.css (line 1290)
*|*:link {
color: #0000EE;
}
about:...leSheet
<System>
*|*:-moz-any-link {
text-decoration: underline;
}
about:...leSheet
<System>
:-moz-any-link {
cursor: pointer;
}
but I don't have any css files called "ua.css"
Where is ua.css coming from?

#0000EE seems to be the default anchor color. Change the anchor color and you're in business.
