Displaying an svg file on different browsers

When opening the following svg file on the FF and Chrome browsers, the display is OK, but some parts are missing with opening it on the IE.

There might be something wrong with  code, but I cannot find it what the problem is.  Help is highly appreciated.

I am using IE8 because of xp, but I've downloaded the svg viwer.
Which viewer
With IE8.  Adobe has an svg viewer.  IE9 supports svg natively, so  not necessary for downloading viewer  The problem might be of my computer. I often receive warning messages.  When opening the file on another computer.  IE displays it well, same as FF and Chrome. Thanks
