Creating a new sister company and trying to create multiple email domains

Hi

We are just about to launch a new small sister company and as a result I am trying to create a new email address.

What i have at present.
Just migrated from  SBS 2008 to SBS 2011
I need to move staff from the  SBS Users OU in AD to a new OU based on the new sister company
I created a test user in the new OU I created.
Followed this article to create a 2nd email address

but i can not create a new E-Mail address policy as the policy fail's with the following

Error You can,t specify the recipient container because a legacy servers are detected

The SBS 2008 server  has been gone for a couple of months.

Any help would be  appreciated
