Receive the message "The backup file contains unrecognized data & can't be used" when trying to restore a Windows backup file

I receive the message "The backup file contains unrecognized data & can't be used" when trying to restore a Windows backup file.

I get this same message with all of my Server 2003 for Small Business Server backups (on all 5 backup files that were all created within the last week).

I need to recover data from one of the backup files.

These files were backed up from the server hard drive to a local USB hard drive.

What do I need to do to recover the data from these files?

Is there another utility or program that I can download that will recover these file so that I will be able to restore the individual Windows backup files?

I'm using the exact same ntbackup.exe file off of the same Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server server to try and restore these files that were used to create these backup files.

Does anyone know of any companies who I could ship this external USB hard drive that contains these five corrupted ntbackup files to so that they could recover these files for me?

Windows Server 2003

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server. Important upgrades included integrating Internet Information Services (IIS), improvements to Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP), and the migration to Automated System Recovery (ASR).
