Probably in %appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profile

Thanks for the input first.
If I want to delete the password for IE, should I use regedit to navigate to  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms
 and delete everything.
Will I have the same result if I go into Internet Explorer, Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced and the Reset IE.

Regarding firefox, I go to %appdata%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profile, I find a directory ux39vspw.default. There are a Cache and a OfflineCahce directory. Should I just delete everything there.

Thanks a lot

Same result. I was just providing details on exactly where the data is stored..... Thinkpads_user thought ahead and gave the directions. More details instructions on deleting personal data in Firefiox might be needed.....

Personally, if this is yopur company's IT department that is getting the PC back, I wouldnt worry about it. They have far better, and more demanding things to do than look at people's personal data. Also, if the machines are being disposed of, they probably zero/wipe the disks anyway......
Just my .$.02.....

I also believe my IT dept also has some rules for it. But it will make me feel better if I do the changes you recommended.
Thanks
