Verify Windows 2003 R2

I downloaded and installed R2 from MSDN. After installation it still says plain old windows 2003. I know I downloaded the right iso and used the cd key for R2. It was a clean install and not an upgrade. I right click My computer and see that R2 is not showing. Is there a trick in the registry to see if R2 is indeed installed? I can't belive MS in their "wisdom" would not put the right isofiles online at msdn.

During the install, did it say it was R2?  The second CD has the DFS-R and adprep items, but have not done an install recently enough to be certain.
