Moving mailboxes from one domain to other

Hi Experts,
my company has been merged to another company, so all my company mailboxes will be migrated to other company exchange server. Can somebody explain the process behind the scenario?

After creating trust relationship, when i log in in my PC, which domain i have to choose, my company one or other company's one

I assume you are moving mailboxes from our domain to other domain, Yes...You have to choose your domain
