You may try to use the Import Feature within Access 2007.

External Data Tab -> Import Group -> More -> ODBC Database

You need to setup your ODBC to connect it into your SQL Server.

Sincerely,
Ed
Create a new blank db in Access. Then in the External tab on the right is the Import section. Click on More and choose ODBC database. Press OK for the top option and then it will prompt you for a DSN. Click New and go to the bottom of the list. You can use either of the two bottom options, but for SQL 2008 I'd start with the bottom one. Then browse to the MDF file and follow the options.

Commented:
- why not use the sql server management studio (SSMS) import/export wizard? in SSMS, right click on the database and select "Task" then "Export". then in the option diogbox, choose to export the table structure or with data to Access.
